AIMERICA is an entertainment game in which an AI President evaluates short company arguments and assigns fictional control of a game map. A ruling is not an endorsement, certification, election result, or statement of real-world authority.

You remain responsible for the company website, argument, colors, and other material you submit. You represent that you are allowed to submit and publicly display that material.

You grant AIMERICA permission to store, process, reproduce, and publicly display submitted material as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and preserve the game and its public record.

• Do not impersonate a company or misrepresent your authority.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious material.
• Do not interfere with payments, rankings, accounts, or game systems.
• Do not use automated access in a way that harms the service.

Case fees are disclosed before checkout and are governed by the Payment Policy. Winning is never guaranteed. The service, President, rules, pricing, and availability may change, and access may be limited to protect players, third parties, or the game.
